Academic Work, part of the Akind Group and one of Europe’s leading staffing and recruitment companies, started in Stockholm more than 25 years ago, and has since grown into a presence that spans across six European markets.

Now, they are launching their new brand concept – a concept that extends not only across all markets but also across the full brand experience and customer journey – developed by the branding agency OKTO.

Academic Work has since the start continuously evolved, both in terms of business and methods, something that has not been correctly reflected in the brand’s external experience.

 

Many brands today live with a complex reality, where the demand for brand experience is growing, and expansion across borders, along with numerous internal stakeholders, creates conditions that make it challenging to create a cohesive, distinct brand.

The new, comprehensive brand concept is being launched to change the image of the company to something that better reflects the current Academic Work. 

 
 
 


 

The new brand concept, ‘The Perfect Fit’ takes a holistic approach to the brand and sets the direction for the entire brand experience across all channels.

 

The Perfect Fit is strongly linked to Academic Work’s work with evidence-based recruitment, finding the perfect fit between talent and organizations.

It is built on the company’s core business and simultaneously creates a creative world based on fitting together units and things – something that is visible not least in the new symbol, but also throughout elements like imagery, motion principles, tone of voice, graphic elements, typography, communication ideas, and how the brand looks and functions on digital platforms.
